Please note that the price per person is based on a certain minimum number of persons staying. For example Staten Court is for four persons so the price quoted is based on four persons sharing.

If you are staying for long periods at a time please call us and we can negotiate a price between us our prices are by no means fixed and are open to negotiation.

Prices may vary due to demand for example if we are not very busy you may be able to grab yourself a real bargain, obtaining an apartment for a very competitive price. However, apartment prices often increase for periods of high demand including events such as Liverpool FC home games and Aintree Races. This is common practice among all the hotels and serviced apartments in Liverpool.

Please note:

LiverpoolCrashPads operate a strict noise policy where loud noise and nuisance is strictly prohibited. Any guests found to be in breach of these terms and conditions will be ejected immediately from the apartments with no refund and £150.00 will be taken from their credit card immediately.
