Ticket & Accommodation - What’s included:
This price is per person sharing (Twin/Double) & includes 1 or 2 nights’ accommodation in a city centre apartment or hotel & complimentary match ticket to the game you request.
The hotels and apartments we normally use are as follows:
- 2* Hotels - Travelodge Liverpool, Premier Inn Liverpool, Holiday Inn.
- 3* Hotels - The Jury’s Inn Hotel, The Liverpool Adelphi.
- 4* Hotels - Atlantic Thistle Hotel & SAS Radisson
- 5* Hotels - Hilton
- 4* Apartments - Elysian Fields & Staten Court
- 5* Apartments - Casartelli Apartments.
However, please note that person(s) who book late on and when there is a high demand for a particular package we may use other accommodation for packages. You would be notified and informed of any alternative hotel that you would be staying in before payment is received.

Extra nights are priced at: three star £50.00, four star £60.00 & five star £70.00 per person per night.

Please be advised that Sky Sports and ESPN Sports have still to announce their television schedule therefore some of the above fixtures may change. In addition match dates may change due to FA Cup, Europa League & Champions League Fixtures being announced.
It is important to point out that what you will buy is the fixture itself, regardless of date. Therefore if a fixture is changed, transferred or postponed, it is agreed that all monies will be transferred to the new date. Refunds will not be made in the event of such changes but sometimes a small discount may be available. There are occasions that the payments made can be transferred to another game

How do I book?
Just email us at liverpoolcrashpads@hotmail.co.uk or call us on 0044 7824 388 513,(emailing is the best method of contact) tell us which match you would like to go to and how many people are in your group. We will check if the match is still available, if it is, you choose your payment option and we will email you the confirmation later that day.
When do I get my tickets & accommodation voucher?
We send you your accommodation voucher by email. The tickets are delivered to you in your hotel room or apartment on the day of your arrival or at the latest on the morning on the match at 11.00am (for 15.00pm & 17.15pm match kick off.) and 10.00am (for 12.30pm matches). Details would be given on your confirmation booking.
Once I've paid are my tickets guaranteed?
Yes - once we receive payment your tickets are guaranteed and at the price you paid for them. From time to time we have to change prices usually due to unanticipated demand for a particular game. For example, the final matches of a season will decide the championship so prices tend to jump significantly once it becomes clear which matches could prove to be the title decider.
What payment options do I have?
You have a number of options available.
- Credit /Debit/Amex Card, there is charge of 3.75% for paying by credit card as these charges are passed onto us from the banks.
- By cheque,
- Bankers Draft,
- Bank transfer, details on request,
- Cash on arrival into our hotel or apartment guaranteed by a major credit card.
What back up service do I have?
We have an on call 24-hour office with one of our staff always on the end of the phone. We also have our staff members in each of the major cities that are available at all times.
How does the group size affect the cost of our trip?
Larger groups certainly save money. We customize tours for all group sizes, but for the best deal, larger groups are encouraged. We offer money off and free places depending on the size of the group.
