IMPORTANT INFORMATION

It is important that guests read LiverpoolCrashPads ‘Terms and Conditions of Use’ on our website before booking any package break, but in brief LiverpoolCrashPads associated hotels and apartments operate a strict noise policy where loud noise and nuisance is strictly prohibited. For further information on terms and conditions please contact us as these terms vary between the hotels and apartments with which we have accommodation packages available.

Any guests found to be in breach of these terms and conditions will be ejected immediately from the apartments or hotel with no refund and £150.00 will be taken from their credit card immediately to cover administration costs. This will be made clear to all guests on arrival into one of our apartments when signing the ‘terms & conditions' pro forma.

Furthermore in certain apartments we do not accept large groups of same sex male or female because of problems we have encountered in the past. However please inquire for further details and clarification on such matters.
