In the event of a fire there are fire extinguishers located at various points in both the apartment buildings and hotel accommodation, which you will have noticed them upon arrival. If you haven’t then please make take the time in reading the health and safety notices that are dotted around the buildings. In most of the apartments and hotels there is also a fire blankets should the need arise to use it.

Each apartment and hotel that we have utilise have different policies reagdring fire and health and safety. Therefore if required we advise that you consult them individually or liase with us to provide you with the information you require.

Smoke alarms are located in the hallways please only press panic button in emergency as it is alarmed to security ad they will be there within minutes.

Some General Evacuation Procedure Information:

Activate panic alarm situated by entrance door

Exit the apartment as quickly as possible in an orderly fashion

Do NOT return to recover personal items

Do NOT use any lifts

Assemble in the nearest open air area i.e. a hotel or apartment car park.

Contact the security services (their office is based by the gates within the car park), Who will then call the Emergency services.

We can not be held liable for personal injury or any damage to possessions caused by fire at all hotels and apartments as this liability is retained by the accommodation providers whose services we utilise in providing packages. We advise that all individuals actively seek to protect themselves from risk, but we are always on hand to assist in the event of any unforeseen emergencies.
