In the event of a fire there are fire extinguishers located in the apartment buildings, you will have noticed them upon arrival, if you haven’t then please make take the time in reading the health and safety notices that are dotted around the buildings. In most of the apartments there is also a fire blanket in the kitchen should the need arise to use it.

In the unlikely event that a fire should occur, you should contact securities who are located in either the underground car park, security office, or they will be patrolling the building and then contact the telephone numbers you were given upon check in. Before using fire extinguishers please read the directions for use which will be clearly labelled on the back of them.

Smoke alarms are located in the hallways and a panic detector button is situated on the wall by the front door, please only press panic button in emergency as it is alarmed to security ad they will be there within minutes.

Evacuation Procedure

In the unlikely event of a fire:

Activate panic alarm situated by entrance door
Exit the apartment as quickly as possible in an orderly fashion
Do NOT return to recover personal items
Do NOT use the lift
Assemble in the underground car park

Contact the security services (their office is based by the gates within the car park), Who will then call the Emergency services
