Notes & Cancellation
LiverpoolCrashPads operate a strict cancellation policy. If your reservation is not cancelled outside of the 14 days cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking.
When you pay a deposit to secure a reservation, if you then decide to cancel the booking, your deposit is non refundable.
A credit card is required to secure your reservation at Luxury City Centre Apartments in association with LiverpoolCrashPads.
The room rates for Luxury City Centre Apartments in Liverpool are the total price of the room and not the 'per person' rate. All prices are inclusive of all local taxes.
If you pay via debit or credit card an invoice will be sent via email attachment.
PLEASE NOTE:
LiverpoolCrashPads operate a strict noise policy where loud noise and nuisance is strictly prohibited. Any guests found to be in breach of these terms and conditions will be ejected immediately from the apartments with no refund and £150.00 will be taken from their credit card immediately.
On check in we require the following information:
All guests names, a major CREDIT card and guests to read and sign the ‘TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE’
