The Casartelli Five Star offers guests luxurious city centre accommodation in a spacious fully equipped serviced apartment that can be booked nightly, weekly or monthly. Originally built in 1760, this multi-million pound rebuild of one of Liverpool’s most well known landmarks, The Casartelli Building now boasts 31 two bedroom apartment suites and 4 stunning penthouses complete with roof terraces and breath taking views over a burgeoning skyline. The vast marble hallways that welcome you offer a glimpse of the grandeur of these opulent sophisticated apartments.

Ideally situated at the meet of Duke Street and Hanover Street in the heart of L1. The Casartelli is just a short stroll from the historic Albert Dock, breath taking waterfront and a stone’s throw from the new Liverpool One Centre. Our spacious apartments offer guests the service and luxury of a 5* hotel suite; combine with the space and freedom of a serviced apartment.

 

Guests will be able to check in anytime after 1.00pm and will have to check out by 11.00am the day of departure. The apartment providers sometimes offer an optional late checkout service for £10.00 - £15.00 where by guests are able to check out later than the compulsory 11.00am.

Late check in fees will apply:
Out of office hours 9.00am-5.00pm, there is a charge of £10.00
Out of office hours after 11.00pm, there is a charge of £25.00

Guests will be met outside the Sapporo on Duke Street and handed the keys, where they will be shown to the apartment and asked to sign the relevant paper work, unless the guest has arranged to be picked up from the Airport or train station.

On arrival guests will be asked for credit card details and to sign LiverpoolCrashPads terms and conditions of use contract. Should guests pay by credit or debit card invoices will be sent via email to the email address we have for you with all details attached.

Guests who pay on a credit/debit card will be charged 3.75% of the overall booking.

 

LiverpoolCrashPads operate a strict cancellation policy. If your reservation is not cancelled outside of the 14 days cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking.

When you pay a deposit to secure a reservation, if you then decide to cancel the booking, your deposit is non refundable.

A credit card is required to secure your reservation at Luxury City Centre Apartments in association with LiverpoolCrashPads. All room prices are based upon a minimum of two people sharing and is a per person rate.

 

Upon arrival the apartment provider will issue one set of keys unless you have requested an additional set, and you will be told all the information you need about returning keys and about what happens if you lose your keys for whatever reason and need a replacement set. There is a charge of £20.00 per stay for an extra set of keys.

The basic rule is that if you lose a set of keys you will be charged for them. The replacement costs are currently priced at £102.50 for the fob and £22.50 for the door key, so please be careful with them!! In such an event please call the contact number(s) you were given on check in.

If you have any problems with gaining entry to the building or the alarm activates or if you encounter any other minor problems within the premises, then the building is covered by the security agency, and security will come and help you out with your dilemma. The security guards will either be in the security office or patrolling the premises you will see signs dotted around the building with all the details on in case of any emergency.

There is a 24 hour underground secure car park for your safety and convenience. There is a small team of security guards who patrol the premises at all times. They should be wearing yellow fluorescent jackets with security written on the back and they are always willing to help you with any queries about the security of both the car park and the surrounding areas of the apartment building.

PLEASE NOTE: In the apartments the button by the left/right hand side of the front door is a panic button which activates an emergency alarm, and should you press this button security will be on hand to help within minutes.

Optional Secure Underground Car Parking with 24 Hour security for £15.00 per car per night stay, discounts may apply for longer stays inquire within, 1-4 spaces available.

 

If you are staying for three or more nights, you have an option of having a cleaner come in and clean the apartment and provide fresh bedding and towels (please let us know before arrival if you require this and we can arrange it – there is a small additional charge for this facility). Please put any used towels in the wash baskets provided.
